Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website is the property of Explorer Photo Tours. This includes text, images, audio and video. You may not use or reproduce any of our content without our prior written consent.

Booking a Tour

By booking a tour with us, you are agreeing to our tour terms and conditions. These include, but are not limited to:

• Payment terms: A deposit of 20% of the tour price is required to secure your booking. The balance of the tour price is due 60 days prior to the tour start date.
• Cancellation policy: If you cancel your booking more than 60 days prior to the tour start date, we will refund your deposit in full. If you cancel your booking less than 60 days prior to the tour start date, we will not provide a refund.
• Liability: We are not liable for any loss, damage or injury you may suffer during the tour. You are responsible for your own safety and well-being at all times.

Payments

We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer or cash. We do not accept payment by cheque.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Cancellation of the tour by us
• Inclement weather
• Personal reasons
• Failure to comply with our terms and conditions

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of California. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly. If you do not agree to any changes to these terms and conditions, you must stop using our website and cancel your booking.
